Do you remember when you were a little tike and did painting by the numbers?

Purchasing Real Estate for the beginner has some similarities.

You visually paint a picture in your mind what the perfect home or condo willl look like for you and your family.Now you need to “paint by numbers” with your preparation for the real estate transaction.

For some of you future home owners “painting by numbers” may not be in your past. Gen X’ers and Y’ers home buyers might have done the same thing with computer programs such as paint or photoshop. But, in the old days baby boomers simply viewed the number on the canvass and matched it with the corresponding color. Woo-lah, you instantly had a beautiful painting when finished. Just follow that simple concept when thinking about “why you want to buy a home”.
