Many real estate builders are constructing homes in this new development.

Ashville Park Virginia Beach, VA has been selected as the 2008 real estate Homearama site.

The Wilshire Village of Ashville Park in Virginia Beach, VA will host the 2008 Tidewater Builders Association’s Homearama real estate showcase of custom homes.

As I previously posted about Ashville Park, Stephen Fuller has designed
this Virginia Beach planned community with designed street patterns, many amenities and
functional spaces but different from which you normally see in a typical master
planned neighborhood.

You will find various types of real estate homes and prices ranges. Cottage, custom, and estate
homes are the plan, with a background of hardscapes and softscapes. Price ranges (call for prices as they change). Builder’s include L.M. Sandler & Sons, Chesapeake Homes, Crestline Homes, L.R. Hill, Sadler Bldg Corp, R. Savino Custom Homes, J. F. Schoch Bldg Corp, The Walters Company, and C.E. Bryan Custom Homes, Cohen Homes in the Estate section.

Ashville Park is located about 15 minutes to Sandbridge beaches and not much further to the Virginia Beach, VA resort area and boardwalk. Located next door is Heritage Park, where custom homes are the norm ranging from the high 500’s and up.

Other close by amenities include the Virginia Beach Marine Science Museum, Back Bay Refuge, Heron’s Ridge, Hell’s Point, Virginia National, and the Signature Golf Courses. Many fine restaurants and great shopping are nearby.

The neighborhood will be in the Kellam High School District another great plus.
