Why Are You Sitting on the Fence About Purchasing Virginia Beach Real Estate?

Well it has been a positive start to 2009 in the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads Real Estate Market.

Open houses are seeing record number of people visiting, real estate buyers are out in full force looking to purchase their dream home.

Even the local media is reporting about great things happening in the Real Estate Market.

Rates are at historical lows – many below 5%.

Many bargains exist in real estate with short sales and Bank Owned (REO/Foreclosed) properties.
