Princess Anne Woods foreclosures and homes for sale are getting slim.   As of this posting their are no “active” homes for sale in Princess Anne Woods and three “pending (not yet closed) contracts.

Of the three pending contracts, two are short sales, and one is a foreclosure home for sale.   View the video on this page for a “driving tour” of the neighborhood.

Nearby neighborhoods include Highgate Greens, Three Oaks, and Foxfire.

Nearby shopping includes Red Mill Commons and Strawbridge Market Place.   Red Mill Commons has many different stores and restaurants (Primo Pizzeria my favorite).  Strawbridge has movie theaters, restaurants, and stores.

About a 15 minute drive is Sandbridge where residential, vacation homes, and condos are a short walk to the beach.

Just a short drive is the Virginia Beach Municipal Center home for the city government.

Princess Anne Woods feeds into PA Elementary, PA Middle, and Kellam HS.
