Located just off North Landing Road in southeast Virginia Beach, Courthouse Estates is a community comprised of almost 1200 homes. What makes the homes in the neighborhood unique is the many “villages” that comprise Courthouse Estates. The villages while part of the greater real estate development offer a small neighborhood atmosphere.

Recent sales in Courthouse Estates have been on the low side $222,000 and on the high side $410,000 (in the Madison village). Homes do vary in size and location thus the difference in home sale prices.
