Dream Makers Grant First Time Home Buyers Virginia Beach Real Estate

Pentagon Federal Foundation has a new first time home buyer program called Dream Makers.

It is available in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Hampton Roads real estate purchases.

Eligibility is for Military (active, reserve, national guard, veteran, Department of Defense employee or a Department of Homeland Security employee.

You must be a first time home buyer to use the Dream Makers program or:

Not owned a home for the last 3 years
Lost your home through divorce or disaster.

Income limits apply for your gross to be no more than the greater of:

$55,000, or

Dream Makers for first time home buyers in Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads will contribute up to their maximum of $5000.00. They match 3 to 1 what your are contributing to your real estate down payment/closing costs. $500.00 is the minimum that you may contribute towards your home purchase grant request.
